Urban Property Management & Construction (UPM&C, LLC) formed in 2006 provides high quality services at a low cost for residential and commercial properties for the state of Texas. Urban Property Management also provides a range of property management services for Texas property owners.
Urban Property Management & Construction will also partner with the City of Houston and the state of Texas, as a provider for government procurement of construction contracts through the Texas Builders Procurement Commission. UPM&C,LLC is also a HUB Certified firm for the state of Texas.

If the state of Texas or market needs it, UPM&C, LLC will build it. We provide our clients with labor, financing, construction plans, engineers, architects, construction budgeting, estimates, appraisal services and materials taking cutting edge construction projects residential and commercial from concept to reality. Property Management Service
To help property owners leverage the most important resource which is their time. UPM&C, LLC will be offering a full spectrum of property management services in customized packages. The packages will include – accounting, utilities, leasing, maintenance, collections, landscaping, security, and advertising.
Housing Services
UPM&C, LLC will provide the highest level “bang for your buck” in terms of decent, safe and affordable housing to meet the need that our state desperately has. Be it apartment complexes or a condominium, UPM&C, LLC offers quality that surpasses the industry standard.
We also will strive to change the face and perception of Section 8 Housing as a viable alternative for residents. We will provide top level properties for Section 8 residents while working with the Department of Housing and Urban Development to enforce its policies and procedures so that its program is both beneficial to residents and profitable to property owners.
