Responsibilities include: Making beds,tidying rooms,cleaning and polishing toilets, counters, sinks, bathtubs, mirrors,vacuuming and steam cleaning floors)
Deliver outstanding customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast pace environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrate enthusiasm about UPM&C services when talking to both customers and potential customers.
Demonstrate skills that contribute to building a strong team and maintaining a professional work environment.
Demonstrate availability and flexibility in scheduling to ensure coverage.
Follow all company, safety, security policies and procedures; . Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Speak with others using clear and professional language. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Management.
